Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Sale items, accessories (if offered) are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Return an Item:

  2. Receive Instructions: We’ll provide you with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Ship the Item: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or the wrong product was shipped.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted for size or color changes, subject to product availability.
  • To request an exchange, please follow the same steps as outlined for returns and indicate the new size or color you’d like.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once your return is received and inspected.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll resolve it promptly at no cost to you.

  • Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
