Return Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Sale items, accessories (if offered) are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Return an Item:

- Receive Instructions: We’ll provide you with return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the Item: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or the wrong product was shipped.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are accepted for size or color changes, subject to product availability.
- To request an exchange, please follow the same steps as outlined for returns and indicate the new size or color you’d like.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once your return is received and inspected.
- Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll resolve it promptly at no cost to you.

- Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- Beniz Kloset reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the policy criteria.
