Check the estimate before ordering
Where a verified estimate is available, it is shown on the product page and includes the destination it applies to. If you need a more specific estimate, contact us before purchasing so we can check your item and destination. If you are shopping for an event, ask us to confirm timing before you order.
An estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date. Customs checks, public holidays and carrier delays can affect delivery. This does not limit your rights if an agreed delivery deadline is missed.

Tracking and delivery support
Once tracking is available, use the tracking information provided for your parcel. Separate parcels may have separate tracking numbers. For delayed, missing or incorrectly delivered items, contact Beniz Kloset with your order number. We remain your point of contact for your order.
