15-day return requests
Let us know that you wish to return an item within 15 calendar days after delivery. Email contact@benizkloset.com first, with your order number and the item you wish to return. You do not need to give a reason for a change-of-mind return.
How to return
We will provide the correct return address and instructions for your item. Do not send it to an address on the parcel or directly to a supplier without checking the return destination with us. An advance approval is not required to exercise a statutory withdrawal right.
Send the item back within 14 calendar days after notifying us of your decision to return it. Keep proof of dispatch. You may inspect and try on an item as you would in a shop. Please return it with any supplied tags and packaging where possible; handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it may reduce its value.
Return costs and refunds
For change-of-mind returns, you pay the direct return postage costs. The return destination and any additional information about costs must be confirmed before purchase; contact us if this information has not been supplied. Where we are responsible for a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, we will arrange the appropriate remedy and return instructions without charging you for the necessary return.
For applicable statutory withdrawals, we refund the payments due, including the standard outbound delivery cost when required, within 14 days after your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that you sent them back, whichever happens first. Refunds use the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Faulty items, sale items and your rights
Contact us if an item is faulty, damaged or does not match your order. Photos can help us assess the issue, but this return window does not limit statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods. Sale items and accessories are not automatically excluded from returns. Any legally permitted exception must be identified before purchase.
Our 15-day notification window is offered in addition to, and does not reduce, any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. For orders placed before a policy change, the terms applicable to that order and mandatory rights continue to apply.
